I’m Stephanie Walch, a freelance education specialist with over a decade of experience delivering high-quality training in the housing and property sector.
With a background of more than 12 years in the property industry and over 10 years in education and apprenticeships, I bring both practical insight and structured learning expertise to every project I take on.
I’ve worked with a wide range of independent training providers, FE colleges, EPAOs, and housing associations, supporting learners from Level 2 to Level 4 across Housing, Property Management, Junior Estate Agent, and CIH qualifications.
My services include authoring, engaging learning materials, delivering one-to-one and group training (both in person and online), marking assignments, and carrying out internal quality assurance. I’m also an Independent End-Point Assessor (IEPA), helping apprentices showcase their knowledge and achieve success.
What sets me apart is my attention to detail, flexibility, and genuine passion for empowering learners and supporting education professionals.
I’m qualified in IQA, EPA, and training delivery, and I’m confident using a wide range of systems including OneFile, Bud, Aptem, and Learning Assistant.
For your peace of mind, I hold a current DBS on the update service, and I work nationally across the UK, with full remote capabilities.

I found Steph to be extremely supportive throughout the whole qualification. She was always around for any questions, advice and if you needed any support in your wellbeing. I completed two apprenticeship awards with Steph and was there to see her complete another award for an apprentice within our company. She assisted me throughout my two years of learning and was very clear and helpful in her teaching. Steph is always very happy and positive and allows young learners to feel at ease.
